District Annual Reports
At the beginning of every year, the Red Lake Watershed District produces a report on the activities of the previous year. These documents normally include information about the RLWD Board of Managers, the history of the RLWD, current staff members, water quality projects, engineering projects, permits, future plans, and financial records. Reports dating back as far as 1970 are available in the RLWD office in Thief River Falls. Annual Reports available in downloadable form are listed below as PDF files.
